Buy Back Scheme
We will buy back any instrument we sell (excluding VAT) when trading up with us. Outright buy backs without trade in will be considered but are not guaranteed.
Customers must retain original purchase receipt which should be provided at the time of trade in.
Part Exchanges
We are happy to consider part exchange, or outright purchase of any stringed instrument, regardless of condition.

Trial Term
In the case of beginners' instruments, we will buy back (excluding VAT) if the instrument is returned within 3 months or one academic term. Deductions would obviously be made if any damage has been sustained.
School Purchase Scheme
Pupils at state schools are eligible to buy NEW instruments through this scheme which involves considerable savings. This service is at the discretion of individual schools. Please phone for more information.
Valuations and Insurance
Verbal and written valuations are available by appointment. We can also arrange comprehensive insurance cover through Allianz Cornhill (formerly British Reserve).

Trying Out Rooms
Choosing an instrument should be a pleasurable experience and we provide trying out areas on the premises.
On Approval Scheme
Instruments and bows can be taken out "on approval" to enable the customer to try out at their leisure, and if necessary seek a teacher's opinion.
